On this occasion we are going to show you how to prepare some delicious White Chocolate Cupcakes yourself, which our experience tells us that both the older and the younger ones like in the house, because they are really rich with the touch that white chocolate gives them.

The preparation is more or less the usual, although it has some differences, but do not worry because it will not be difficult for you to get a perfect preparation.

We are going to start making these Cupcakes by breaking the white chocolate dessert tablet into pieces. You can really use any brand, although we usually always buy a well-known brand, because the flavor it brings to the end result is worth it.

It is a good time to put the oven at 180ºC (356ºF) so that it is preheated. It is good that you get used to always doing this step before starting to make the recipe. And if you already prepare the mold for the oven with its corresponding paper capsules, it is a job that we already have in advance.

We separate two egg whites in a bowl and we are going to mount them lightly with a little sugar. It is not necessary to assemble them completely, but try that at least the sugar is well integrated with the whites.

On the other hand, mix the two yolks that we set aside before with the other complete egg. Add a little sugar and beat them vigorously to increase the volume. Also add a splash of oil. Remember that now you have to beat as well as possible, so it will take you a while to get the optimal result.  

Once we have this mixture ready, we add the whites previously assembled. Carefully move all of the above so that the whites are well integrated into the mixture and do not lower in the process.  

Sift the flour and yeast and add them to the previous mixture. We add the chocolate chips also in this step, and stir constantly so that we have a mixture as uniform as possible.

Fill the molds of the Cupcakes and put them about twenty minutes in the oven, it will be the time necessary to make them, but taking into account that each oven is different and it may take a few minutes to obtain a perfect baking. For that it is better that a couple of minutes before finishing check the interior of the cupcakes to verify that it is well done, you can do it with a toothpick.

When you take them out of the oven and cool down, about 10-15 minutes, you must unmold them, and the reserves to complete them with the frosting above.

You can decorate them on top as you like. Keep in mind that it has a fairly sweet base due to the presence of white chocolate, we recommend making a buttercream with cheese cream, with little sugar, or using whipped cream, to avoid an excess of sweet when eating the Cupcake.
