And now we are going to prepare the dough for the Cupcakes, for which we must clean the carrots well, peel them later and finally grate them with the help of a grater and pour them into the chosen bowl. It is also necessary to sift the flour and pour it into the mixture, we also add the sugar and a little yeast and mix until obtaining a dough as uniform as possible. Better use a rod mixer if you can, it will save you time and effort, and the result will be more homogeneous.

We are going to prepare the molds to fill them with the prepared dough. We place the paper capsules in each hole and we are going to fill them in two thirds more or less with our mixture. When the oven is at temperature, put the stuffed molds in the oven and let them cook for about 20 minutes, take out the moment you see your Cupcakes well made inside and out, for which we recommend using, for example, a toothpick to check inside. When you take out the tray, wait for it to cool and unmold your Cupcakes.

To make the coverage there are many recipes, but we usually make a normal buttercream and add an orange coloring, and we add some decorations in the form of small carrots, which we buy in our usual store of products for creative pastries. That detail gives them an interesting and eye-catching touch, which especially will appeal to the little ones in the house, but it is not essential to make the recipe. You can also use another frosting if you prefer it instead of the one that we indicate, the possibilities are very wide and depend on the taste of each one and the ability you have to do them.
