Preparation of Strawberry Cupcakes:
With this recipe we teach you how to prepare delicious strawberry Cupcakes, one of the favorite snacks of the smallest of our house, and that in this case we will combine strawberries with the usual ingredients to make a recipe less caloric and richer when using that fruit.
To make this strawberry cupcakes recipe we are going to preheat the oven so that it takes temperature, we put it at about 180ºC (356ºF) more or less. We are also going to prepare the molds for the cupcakes, with the capsules in place and ready for when we add the dough. With this already prepared, we get down to work with the preparation of the dough.
The first step will be to sift the flour and yeast, pour them into a bowl and add a little salt, stir to mix all these ingredients. On the other hand, add the butter, which we will have taken out of the refrigerator a long time before, in the glass of the mixer, add the sugar and vanilla, and beat until obtaining a creamy mixture. Better if we use an automatic mixer, you always get a softer cream with less effort.
To continue we add the eggs one by one, while continuing to beat them together with the mixture that we already have. When we finish with the eggs, we will add the milk and then a mixture of flour, yeast and salt, but little by little, so that it is incorporated well into the dough.
If we throw it all at once, lumps can appear and it is more difficult for us to have something homogeneous, this is very important to get a dough with the best texture.
Finally we put the strawberries already clean and cut into small pieces, and distribute them well throughout the mass, so that they are not grouped in the same place. We will use 6 or 7 strawberries, but you can adjust this amount as you like with more or less flavor and also according to their size.
We are going to fill the capsules that we have prepared in the tray, up to approximately half, never exceeding two thirds of them, always trying to pour a similar amount in each one of them. We put in the oven for about 25 minutes, checking the inside with a toothpick before removing them. When they are well browned and done inside, we take them out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes, and then we take our strawberry Cupcakes out of the mold.
To decorate them, we can use a traditional Buttercream, and on top we place a whole strawberry to decorate each of the Cupcakes.
