How to make Coffee cupcakes

Coffee Cupcakes Ingredients:

- Two eggs
- 125 grams (4½ oz) of flour
- 125 grams (4½ oz) of sugar
- 125 grams (4½ oz)of butter
- Medium envelope of yeast
- A tablespoon of soluble coffee
- Irish Cream (Optional)

Preparation of Coffee Cupcakes:

We started to prepare a recipe that you are going to love, since the taste of coffee combines wonderfully with the sweetness of Cupcakes, so if you like coffee do not hesitate to prepare this recipe.

We will start by pouring the butter and sugar in a bowl, and beat them to get a homogeneous paste. The butter should be out of the fridge for a long time before using it, and if we forget, we can melt it a little in the microwave. Then we are adding the eggs one by one, each time you add one, keep beating to integrate them well. Then we must mix the yeast and flour and sieve them to remove impurities and possible lumps.

Now we add the flour and yeast mixture to the previous bowl, next to the soluble coffee, while we continue beating without stopping, since it is important to favor the mixture. Finally pour a splash of Irish Cream, if you want to add a touch of flavor, and beat for a few more seconds. With this we already have our dough ready for the Coffee Cupcakes.

Now place the Cupcake papers on the molds that you are going to put in the oven. Carefully fill the molds, but do not fill them at all, leave a little unfilled because putting it in the oven increases its size, and they do not look good if they come off the edges, because it would also make it more difficult to decorate them later.

Put all the molds already filled in the oven and let them bake for 18 to 20 minutes, being careful not to go over that time. The oven must have been preheated before approx. 180ºC (356ºF), do not forget this detail because it is important, in fact it is something we can do when starting the preparation of the Cupcake dough. Check before taking out the molds that the sweets are well made and fluffy, to avoid that they are raw inside, you can use a toothpick.

To decorate these coffee Cupcakes you can do it with some coffee cream or some type of creamy chocolate, each one to your liking. We suggest you make a chocolate buttercream, which you can do by following the instructions we give you on the home page.
