- 150 grams (5½ oz)of butter
- 125 grams ((4½ oz)of flour
- 200 grams (9 oz)of icing sugar
- 100 grams (3½ oz)of brown sugar

- A couple of eggs
- An Apple
- Colorant

These Apple Cupcakes have a peculiar but very rich flavor and are also easy to prepare, which makes it one of those recipes that you have to try sometime. Here we show you the complete recipe with which you will surprise your guests.

We present you this great recipe to make delicious apple cupcakes. We at home always try to use fruit when making these types of recipes, and this is one of the ones that we all like the most, since the apple gives a very rich touch to the sweet taste of the Cupcake, a very interesting combination . Hopefully you are encouraged to prepare the recipe and you like it as much as we do.

Turn on the oven to 180ºC (356ºF) so that it heats up while we prepare the recipe, so when it is finished it will be at the right temperature for baking. We are going to use a glass suitable for the mixer, since it is advisable to use a rod mixer to mix, because with a manual rod it will be more complicated. We add the following ingredients: the sifted flour, half an envelope of yeast, about 60 grams of butter, brown sugar, eggs and a little maple syrup if you have one.

With the blender we are beating all of the above, start at low speed and when everything is more mixed give it more speed, to get a thinner and more homogeneous mass. When the dough is creamy and light, we stop beating and add the peeled and grated apple. Now stir with a large spoon, do not give more with the mixer to avoid spoiling the apple and leaving it too crushed, since we are interested in appreciating its texture when eating the Cupcake once done.

Pour the dough into the molds that you are going to use for the Cupcakes, with their corresponding paper capsules, always without exceeding about two thirds of their capacity, so that they do not overflow when baking. Put the molds with the dough in the oven about 20-25 minutes. Check that they are not raw inside before taking them out, with a toothpick for example, and then let them cool for a few minutes, between 10 and 15 minutes, and remove them from the mold.

On the other hand we beat in a bowl the icing sugar, the rest of the leftover butter, another little syrup and a little green coloring, which will help us give the right color to the Cupcakes, although really this coloring is optional, it is simply to improve their visual appearance. Try to mix everything well until there is a creamy and homogeneous mass, which we will then put in the pastry bag to decorate.

If the Cupcakes are already cold, we will decorate with the pastera sleeve over the shape that we like the most, with a nozzle that allows us to make a more elaborate decoration, or more simply, depending on our preferences and abilities for this decoration type. And so our wonderful Apple Cupcakes are ready.
