Oreo Cupcakes Ingredients:

- 2 eggs
- 140 grams (5 oz) of flour
- 120 (rams  (4 oz) of sugar
- 120 grams (4 oz) of butter
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 70 ml (2 oz)of milk
- 5 crushed Oreo cookies

Take a good size bowl, do not use a small one where everything does not fit, but you are only going to have to scrub another pot, because you will have to end up using another one. Add the sifted flour and yeast, the cocoa, the 5 grated Oreo cookies and mix everything well. Next we pour the milk and the vanilla, and beat at low speed until more or less everything is compact.

In the glass of our blender of rods we are going to mix the butter with the sugar, until there is a creamy mass, at which time we add the eggs one by one and while continuing to stir everything. Take the first bowl and add its contents to the mixer glass, and now you have to give it a good kneading, because the two masses have to be completely compacted and in a more or less homogeneous cream form.

Put the oven to preheat and you have prepared the tray with the Cupcake papers, so you have to throw the dough distributed in them, filling a little more than half of them, to let the rest serve so that they rise as necessary . We bake the tray for about 18-22 minutes at 180ºC (356º F), checking that they are well made inside, with a toothpick, before removing them. Let them cool out of the oven and unmold in about ten minutes to let them cool completely.


Now we make the buttercream as we indicated in the first recipe on the main page, and with a pastry bag we decorate our Cupcakes, adding a small Oreo cookie on top of each one. Another possibility is to use some crushed Oreo in the making of the Buttercream, to give it even more flavor.
