How to make Cream cupcakes

Cream Cupcakes Ingredients:

- 125 grams (4½ oz) of flour
- 100 grams (3½ oz) of sugar
- 3 medium eggs
- 125 grams (4½ oz)of cream for        cooking
- Medium envelope of yeast
- A pinch of salt
- A splash of oil

Preparation of Cream Cupcakes:

This is a recipe with which to make some Cupcakes very easy to prepare and that are very rich. These cream cupcakes that we propose you can decorate them with the ingredients that you like the most and it is always a good idea to make them with the children, they will have a great time and you will have a great family memory.

These cream Cupcakes are easy to prepare, they are also very rich and allow you to use almost any type of decoration on the top, which each one prefers to use, be it a varied buttercream, a cream of flavors or any other that we like.

Put the oven at 180ºC (356ºF) to preheat it, and we start to prepare the dough. Beat the separate yolks of the whites in a bowl and then add the sugar and beat everything very well. It should be creamy, so the use of automatic rods is recommended. Then add the drizzle of sunflower oil and mix it to the best of your ability.

Then the cream is added and it continues beating without stopping to homogenize the mixture. Then gradually add the flour already mixed with the yeast, while adding flour, never stop beating. Better if previously you pass through a sieve the flour and yeast, in case they had lumps in the container, which we must avoid putting in the resulting mass.

In a separate bowl, mount the whites with a little sugar, until they are well assembled with the appropriate texture, which must be done with patience and continuous movements. Once you have them assembled, add them to the previous mass and stir slowly so that the whites do not come down in the process. And with this we already have the dough for the Cream Cupcakes ready.

Go pouring dough into the Cupcake molds, placing the paper capsules before. Do not fill them to the top, but try to leave a third of their volume free, so it will not overflow when they start to rise. Then you put them in the oven at 180ºC (356ºF) for about 20 minutes, and take them out when they are well done. Check that they are not raw inside before removing them with a toothpick for example.

While you allow them to cool to unmold them, about 10-15 minutes, you can prepare the decoration that you will place on top of them. We advise you to use whipped cream and pieces of fruit or nuts, or a soft buttercream and some colored garnish of those found in specialized creative pastry shops. Or if you prefer a touch of color, use some coloring when you make the buttercream, to give a more beautiful and striking look to the cream cupcakes, but it is optional in the preparation.
