THERMOMIX CUPCAKE RECIPE

Preparation of Thermomix Cupcakes:
We present you an interesting recipe to prepare Thermomix Cupcakes, an ideal recipe for all of you who have a Thermomix at home and like to try new recipes, especially the pastry recipe. Although if it is not Thermomix it is valid for any other brand of food processor. This recipe is ideal for children, we weigh the ingredients with them and then you have to tell them to add them to the Thermomix, after they put the mixture into the molds, making the butter cream ... it is a very nice family experience.
Before starting to prepare these Cupcakes in the Thermomix we are going to turn on the oven and program it at 190ºC (374ºF), so that it is preheated and at the proper temperature when we finish preparing our Cupcakes. In the Thermomix glass we are going to add the pastry flour, which we will have previously sifted in case it brings any impurity or lump. We also add the yeast and a little salt and program to mix everything at speed 6 for about 20 seconds.
At the end, we remove this mixture from the glass, pour it into a container and reserve it for later. Next we pour into the glass of the Thermomix, already clean, the butter without salt, better if it is at room temperature and the sugar and we program at speed 4 for 30 seconds. When that time passes, we return to programming, but this time at speed 2 for 60 seconds, while we are throwing the eggs through the mouth of the kitchen robot.
The next step will be to incorporate two teaspoons of vanilla essence and milk and then we program at speed 2, without indicating any time. We will gradually add the mixture of flour, yeast and salt that we set aside previously, so that it is well integrated into the dough and there are no lumps. Once the dough is ready, we distribute it through the molds for our cupcakes, leaving a third of the mold free, so that when they rise in the oven they do not protrude too far from the sides.
When the oven finally reaches the indicated temperature, we put the molds and leave to bake our Thermomix Cupcakes for about 15 or 20 minutes or so, checking that they are well browned on the outside and well done on the inside, which we check by clicking with a knife, a toothpick or the like, which should come out clean. Once out of the oven, we let them cool to room temperature for a few minutes, between 10 and 15 minutes, taking them out of the molds carefully after the molds so that they lose all the heat.
While the Cupcakes are baking, we will prepare the butter cream in a homemade way. To make it, we pour in the glass of the Thermomix about 100 ml (3 oz) of milk, 225 grams (8 oz) of butter, a little vanilla essence and 100 grams (3½ oz) of sugar. We program at speed 2 for 3 minutes, and after this time we should have the cream with a good texture, and when the Cupcakes are made and have cooled well, we decorate them with this butter cream on top, if possible with a sleeve pastry to give a better presentation to them. And to finish we can decorate with some colored balls or sugar, even with a jelly bean, always to the taste of each one, the important thing is to give it an extra visual touch.
