We leave the molds where we are going to bake with their prepared Cupcake capsules. And finally the oven preheated to 180ºC (356ºF).

In the container where we have sifted the flour and yeast, add a pinch of salt, without going over. If you use salted butter, you can avoid adding salt, but surely you will get some very salty Cupcakes. In the glass of the mixer or mixer that we are going to use, we beat the butter with the electric rods and gradually add the icing sugar while continuing to beat everything at low-medium speed. When we obtain a homogeneous cream we add the egg, a teaspoon of vanilla extract and continue to beat for a couple of minutes, changing between medium and low speed, to achieve an optimal result.

The next thing we are going to do is pour the flour mixed with the yeast, little by little, without stopping stirring so that they are well integrated. You can add more or less amount of peach, we add about 55 grams (2 oz) and we like the result, but everything will be based on the tastes of each one.

It only remains to pour the mixture into the molds and bake for about twenty minutes. When they are browned on the outside, prick the inside of the Cupcakes to verify that the inside does not remain raw. We remove from the oven, always let it cool outside the oven and then carefully remove from the mold to let them cool completely, and at that moment we can go on to decorating them.
