- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 60 ml (2 oz) milk
- 60 ml (2 oz) Kahlua or coffee liquor

Topping :

- 200 ml (6½ oz) whipping cream
- 250 g (9 oz) chocolate fondant
- 1 tablespoon freeze dried coffee
- 2 tablespoons Kahlua or coffee liquor

Topping

Heat the cream with the freeze-dried coffee, the coffee liquor and the chopped chocolate. Cook over low heat and stirring constantly until the chocolate has melted.
