Before starting to prepare the dough for the cupcakes we are going to leave the molds in which we will bake them prepared. With the indicated ingredients we are going to prepare a dozen cupcakes, so you will need one or more molds, in which we will place the chosen paper capsules. And now we go to prepare the dough with which to fill them.

The first thing we will do is melt the dark chocolate, previously chopped, together with the butter. We recommend doing it in a bain-marie, so we can better control the process. Once the two ingredients have melted well, add the sugar and stir well so that everything is homogeneously mixed and wait a few minutes for it to harden. Meanwhile we put the oven to preheat to 180ºC (356ºF).

After a few minutes, with the mixture of chocolate and warm butter, we add the vanilla essence, a pinch of salt and also the eggs, which we will beat previously. Once they are mixed well, we add the flour, little by little, and we begin to stir until it integrates with all of the above and we repeat the process until we finish adding all the flour. We should have a mixture without lumps and totally homogeneous, it is important for the cupcakes to come out well.

Now we are going to fill the molds with the resulting mass, filling about three-fourths of them, so that they can rise well when baked but do not overflow. With the oven already at the indicated temperature we put the molds and bake them for 17-18 minutes, checking that they are well made inside before taking them out, which we will do by clicking with a knife or a toothpick to verify that the interior is not yet without do.

When they are ready we take them out of the oven and remove them from the mold, leaving them only in their paper capsules. Better to place them on a rack so that they cool well underneath. Once they have completely cooled, they can be served to eat, as they are, although if you prefer you can make a cover for them.
