How to make Salty cupcakes

We get down to work with these Savory Cupcakes preparing first of all the caramelized onion. For this we peel the onions and cut into julienne strips or small strips. We heat a frying pan with a splash of olive oil in which we are going to fry the onion pieces over low heat. We add a couple of tablespoons of sugar and when the onion is poached a little bit of vinegar on top. The onion will leave us with a characteristic dark color. We reserve to use it again later. 

We are going to turn on the oven so that it takes temperature, we put it at 180ºC (356ºF) and let it preheat, and in the meantime we are going to beat the eggs in a bowl, adding the sunflower oil and beating until obtaining a slightly foamy mixture . To this mixture we are going to add the natural yogurt, beat a little more and add the liquid cream, the sifted wheat flour and yeast, and the other dry ingredients. We are going to stir with a large wooden spoon by hand or better if you use electric rods until you get a cream as homogeneous as possible, where there are hardly any lumps.

To the resulting cream we add the caramelized onion and the goat cheese (you can use another cheese that you like) in small pieces. We fill the molds carefully and put them in the oven the time necessary for them to turn golden, which will be about 20 minutes or so. When they are ready we take them out and let cool. As they are special Cupcakes, it is not necessary to add garnish on top, but if you want, you can add some type of cheese to melt a little before finishing baking, a few pieces of bacon, etc., or any idea that occurs to you.
