Nougat Cupcakes Ingredients:

- 125 grams (4,½ oz) of butter
- 125 grams (4,½ oz) of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of nougat cream
- 125 grams (4 ½ oz))of flour
- 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
- 50 ml (1 ½ oz)of milk
- 100 grams (3½ oz)of soft nougat
- 100 grams (3 ½ oz)of cream

Preparation of Nougat Cupcakes:

If you are one of those who like to try new flavors for Cupcakes, you will surely love these Nougat Cupcakes. It is a little known recipe but it is very tasty and easy to prepare, with a very tasty result that will delight especially those who enjoy eating nougat.  

We are going to start preparing the recipe, and as we always do, the first thing to do is mix the sugar with the butter, with the help of a stick mixer, until the mixture is creamy. Don't forget to also put the oven to preheat to 180ºC (356ºF), which is important to have already hot when we finish with the dough. And put the heat up and down, being careful not to turn on the grill, which once happened to me and the Cupcakes came out a little more toasted than I would have liked ... so make sure it doesn't happen to you.

To the previous mixture we are going to add the eggs while continuing to beat, one by one, and when they are mixed we are going to add the nougat cream. Once the nougat cream has been added, you have to put it in the first container and keep moving with the rods. Finally we will add the flour and the yeast, sieved if possible to remove the impurities and lumps, and the milk as well, and continue mixing for a few minutes until obtaining the proper texture to make the Cupcakes.

We take the baking tray that we are going to use, we put the papers for the Cupcakes and fill the same two-thirds of its volume with the dough, and we put them in our oven for 20-25 minutes, checking that when they begin to brown on the outside they are also made on the inside. When they are well we are going to remove them from the oven, taking care not to burn ourselves with the tray, and after letting them cool, we remove them from the mold.  

To prepare the nougat frosting, we are going to mix the cream with nougat, until we get a compact cream that we can put in the pastry bag to decorate our Cupcakes. To finish we can decorate with nougat pieces and some chocolate chips and they would be ready to eat.
